Against the billet you define. Role, credential and clearance requirements are agreed in writing first, then sourcing, reference verification and screening happen before anyone is assigned.
It is handed over with documentation. Deployment, source and the operating notes go to your staff, so nothing depends on us being retained.
Sourcing typically turns around within 72 hours of the billet being defined. Full standup depends on credentialing, and we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
